Liked: Booked a room with this hotel just because it was the pick up location for my trek. The location is just 2.5 kms from the stations, but the rickshaw will cost about Rs 150/-. The room was big enough for two people and the luggage. The bed was firm but comfortable. The TV worked. AC was also good. There is hot water heater for the bathroom which was also good. The room intercom is flaky. Disliked: The room is expensive for what it offers. The overall cleanliness in the room was not at all up to the mark for the price. The hygiene could be improved significantly. The bathroom could do with a deep scrubbing. The floor also looked like it had a lot of stains and was not swept properly. The cabinets, bed side tables were dusty/stains of coffee by prev tenants. In the morning, when I ordered breakfast (which is brought to the room and not in the restaurant, god knows why), I was told the breakfast was not included in the price and that I should have selected breakfast option while booking. I had booked via their website itself and there is absolutely no such option there. After asking the reception to show me where such option exists, he agreed to include it in the room price. This is a shady business. Not just that when I ordered breakfast, the kitchen fellow was not sure what to serve or what was included in the rent, etc. Even though breakfast was to be ready by 7AM, he kept asking me to call back by 10AM. Didn't understand the reluctance to serve, which was his job. The lift also didn't work. The porter had to carry my luggage up (who charged me a hefty "tip") and on the day of check out (2 days later), I had to drag it back down again. The thing with Dehradun is all hotels have good websites/photos, have good facades, but deliver poorly and are not clean in general.

Wanted to give 4 star but my recent experience was not good. I booked room on 16th of October for 8th of November, but when reached after 6 days of himalayn trekking I thought will take rest and have hot shower to reduce tiredness but here had to change rooms 3times. On ph I talked to book room but got reply from them that you sho go through other agencies and other trekkers who immediately book room, they got 400 Rs less and breakfast included. And we didn't. So I didn't like this biasneess.

an absolute disappointment. its actually no better than 2 star hotel.. was booked for two nights..stained bedsheet, stained bathroom and smelly tea cabinet..Housekeeping is wretched. Buffet is below standard as well. its on GMS road which is on other side of dehradun..broken congested roads

For the price, the hotel room is just not upto the mark. Room service is prompt, porter service is decent too but overall experience is strictly paisa not vasool. The hotel kitchen is also not good - parathas were undercooked and basic adrak chai (ginger tea) was nothing but milk boiled with tea leaves. Also, the WiFi connectivity is close to 0%, as good as having no wifi at all.

Every time, When I go for Garhwal Himalayas trek, my point of stay, before, I start to the base camp, a comfortable stay is at Hotel Grand Legacy, similarly, on return, after completing the trek reach this hotel to stay for comfortable stay for a night before leaving Dehradun. I feel comfortable and homely here, nice staff, clean rooms and of course good food

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
