location: Good location, with in 1-2 km from the lake. Rooms: rooms need update. Very normal rooms , with normal decor. however the mattress was nice and comfortable. bathroom needs refurbishment.Triple room is very small.Double room size is okay in the old block. Breakfast: buffet quality was just okay, no variety few items.. staff: staff behaviour was good. Parking: has parking for 10-12 cars. overall okay for a day's stay if you are going to be out for most of the time.

It is a decent place for a short trip. But I felt that the customer service could have been better. Complementary breakfast and beverages were mediocre. The reception phone was mostly not picked up even if we wanted to request for water refills. We had to climb up and down multiple times to request for water refills and beverages..

I booked family room for 2 days from agoda after seeing the 3 star rating location of hotel is convenient,room is quite clean but very small literally room is only for sleeping. They didn't provide bathroom slippers and hair dryer,comb etc which should be essential for 3 ⭐ rating .In the name of the toiletries and bathroom kit only soap cake and shampoo tube is provided.which is not expected in ₹3350/day

Hotel is good, well maintained!! Place is near convent road Kodai and bit away from main city and there where less food option near by.. We stayed here for two days and its 4000 INR for me and felt bit costly..and there is no complementary nothing.. it’s solely for only room.. There is no lift here and building is of 4 floors i think, so you need to take steps which is i think manageable but for old age person it will be difficult.. Rooms are comfortable but small in size for amount you are paying, i was expecting some what big one, but it is small with nice bed,tv, small table and kettle for hot water.. There will not be tea or coffee served as complement and you will not even get tea bags and coffee powder here, that was quite disappointing.. There is attached restaurant but i saw no one sitting and didn’t try that.. There is very less option near by for food, so it will be great if you have you vehicle, to try food in city… you have small hotel i think its Harish Family hotel, its good option to try if you cant goto city for food.. It was good stay but felt price at higher side

A good room for stay. Nice interior and a very good service. Hot water only available in morning and evening. Clean room and clean vaccinated toilets, overall good for the budget for family and couples.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
