        Dear Management, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel grand stay Trichy. The experience was marred by several issues that need your immediate attention. Firstly, the staff's behavior was unacceptable. Upon reaching the hotel at 5:45 pm, we were treated rudely despite informing the hotel about our delayed arrival due to traffic. The staff claimed to have canceled our room, even though the booking app showed our reservation as confirmed until 11:00 pm. Furthermore, the staff's unprofessionalism continued as we were asked to move away and were subjected to derogatory remarks. It was disappointing to receive unofficial messages about the cancellation, adding to the confusion. The alternative room provided was subpar compared to our booked deluxe room. The room was small, the door lock was troublesome, and the bathroom had a leaking tap. We were also charged an extra amount of 1700, whereas our booking through the app was for a deluxe room at 1500. The entire experience left us frustrated, and the staff's lack of customer service skills was evident. As individuals working in the customer service field, we believe in the importance of treating customers with respect and understanding. The way we were treated does not align with basic hospitality standards. We hope you take this feedback seriously to improve your services and prevent such incidents from happening to other guests.         Decent hotel for stay. But absolutely no parking at all… not well connected by road. Four wheeler Parking is the bigger concern between 10am to 9pm. Later street parking is available. DO NOT FOLLOW MAPS ALL THE WAY TO THE HOTEL. you should at Kalyan jewlers and walk last few meters

        Room is minimal service was good but service time very slow like a turtle 😐 no drinking water inside of room if you want drinking water outside of room 20l ro water can but response time take more.. any way good

        The location takes the cake. Located strategically between Kalyan Jewellers and National college and opposite St. Joseph college, this hotel is perfect for those aiming to travel more from Chatram bus stand. Its just less than 600 mts from the bus stand.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.
          The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.
          If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.
          If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.
          Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.
          Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.
          Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
