Location is nice. But the hotel is very bad. 1)The staff is highly unprofessional ( most unprofessional of what I have seen till now ).Rather it's not even staff.its just a group of few boys who manage things. 2) rooms condition was pathetic. bedsheet and pillow were dirty (and they don't even care to change it ).The mattress were wore and torn. Curtains were dirty. AC was not working properly. Rather it was a damaged AC making unwanted sound. No dustbin in room. Shower was not working in my room. 3) food was ok. 4) they have some irritating/strange stuff like...they manage the AC control(not the customer). Whenevever I go outside they shut down the AC. So whenever I come back I have to tell them to turn the ac on. It was so frustrating. It's a cheap way of saving money. Also If u lost the room key/card inside of room they are gonna charge you 200 rs. Plus my room door was also broken (room no 102). I suggest you to avoid it. You can spend a few hundreds more and get a good hotel nearby it. This was the worst ac room and the staff customer interaction experience with this hotel.

Never book this hotel, never. Extremely unclean dirty rooms, there is no staff to attend you. It is just good in photos. While checkout, there was no staff to attend, one was sleeping. Did not get any food. Ac geezer didn't work.

9 kms before Har ki Paudi Haridwar... Suicides and murders happened in this hotel. Haunted.. You can feel this at night. Kewal sharabi and couples aate hain yahan. Nearby nothing... Off location... No food.... Parking on road no safety.

Worst ever experience…This property and its management doesn’t deserve even a single star. I have booked online on their official website managed by Stay go however when I reached at hotel their staff told me that their is no rooms available and my advance booking amount will be refunded however even after 18 days of follow up no refund provided.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
