Only the location of the hotel is a little far from the mall road. The hotel staff is very polite. I requested Mr. Vikram for the early check in and he accepted my request. The service at the hotel is very nice. I booked the triple sharing room with a view of the valley, and the view is really awesome from the window.

The integrity of hotel staff is not trstable. They are liers about billing and not satisfactory service. Rating is not for these cheaters.

Hotel green leaf : approx 500m distance from the lake along high slope , it takes many efforts to walk hotel to Lake or vise versa but if you are traveller then you find it interesting. The rooms located at the high slope nice view , little bit small rooms but yeah okay, service is very nice they don't disappoint you .

Overall a good hotel in Nainital. View from the hotel is good, you can view the mountains, sunrise. It's more suitable for young people if you like to walk. By walk/bike 10 mins- 600 mtrs from naini lake, by car 2.4 kms. Room is fine, and toilets were clean. Dont expect it or other hotels to be luxurious. it's hill station and you will enjoy the weather more. Management of the hotel is good, they listen and support. You will enjoy moren on weekdays as it's busy over weekends. Dont just follow google on hill stations, you have to ask people.. sometimes google shows route which does not work at hill stations.

A great place to stay if you want to keep yourself away from noise and looking for peace. The service provided by Mr. Paliwal and Nitin was never let you down. You feels like you are living in your home. The place is too secure as the hotel is near the government officials houses. The view is mesmerizing and you will love here to stay. Market is too close. Must choose to stay here.
