The hotel is located at a place where one has to take a vehicle to reach and needs one to go to the market because without a vehicle personal or rented, one would be stranded. The rooms are well maintained and clean. No hot water for 24hrs. Not a great view from anywhere. The staff is helpful. Priced slightly more than moderate.

It is centrally located, easily accessible. The manager and staff are very courteous and respond to our needs immediately. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The food is good and very reasonably priced . The place is very safe for travellers. The car parking lot is at the entrance and so helps us to keep a eye on the vehicle.

Ground floor rooms are too close to parking, easy access for elderlies those expect privacy go for rooms on first floor, staffs are friendly, restaurant is oookkkk and only drawback is hot water available only from 7-9am, no geyser provided.....

May be it was a Good Hotel stay option during 2010 decades.. not upgrades to the current and NiI amenities.. rooms are very old. I saw the response that it’s a budget hotel.. but you guys charged 5500 per say is this a budget hotel?? The room photos doesn’t look the way it is.

A very good hotel at Kodaikanal. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was well behaved and helped whenever required. Only improvement points would be that the constitution is a little old and the hot water timings are only 7-10 am.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
