        I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, the staff's behavior was very good very cooprative or the service was very good, the rooms were very hygienic and the food was very good.love the stay.

        I stayed in this hotel for a night and they have so many negative points according to a hotelier. Firstly the staff thinks they only know things rest every other hoteliers are fool. We stayed in triple occupancy have to ask for an extra bed for atleast for 4times. They are charging for basic amenities such as dental kit for 30/- not even a single star properties have this kind of things and when i asked why it is so the person in the front desk says mam 5star property dete hai hum nahi ek to ap triple occupancy pr ho upar se apko ab dental kit bhi do. Such a shame when i said sir aise khe pr ni hota m khud ek hotelier hu then he said mam hum bhi ha 4-5 saal ho gye ha hume i said I do have experience of 8 year's doesn't means i will misbehave with my or any other guest i myself owning the beautifully property in manali which is in 3 star category ,that means i should be charging for dental kit and start misbehaving with my guests? They are opposite Ramada that doesn't mean they're also coming under 5stars. In the room TV is not working, staff is full of attitude, rooms are too dam conjugated. No TCM in the room, not maintaining standards as per their category. And if we are staying in triple occupancy we are paying for it. If you guys want to spoil your morning then please stay gere otherwise don't.

        Outstanding hotel. Excellent value for money. Rooms are very modern. Would not hesitate to return. Staff were incredibly knowledgeable of the city and helpful throughout our stay.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
