I booked family lake view room through a call with mr. Kesar but when I checked in they gave me non lake view room and they said that I blocked same room. Hotel's general manger not ready to listen anything about his staff mistake. They asked me for more money for lake view room. Pathetic hotel, pathetic, rude and non cooperative staff. Hotel owner should take more care for his hotel,his staff breaking guests. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone because when you book another room type and they will give you another room type.

Excellent Rooms and Value for Money, The view from the hotel was amazing. The staff were really good and helped a lot during our visit. Room service was so nice. Hot water was available 24/7. If they make a kettle available in the room, it will be fine.

Worst stay ever: We visited Nainital as a weekend getaway to relieve our minds from daily hubbub of Mumbai but the only thing that ruined our otherwise fabulous trip was this hotel stay. Cockroaches, unstable electricity and irregular hot water were just a few problems to name. The epitome of unprofessional behaviour was shown when we found a staff member banging our door at night, asking if we were early checking out just so that we could tip him before leaving, in time and according to his convenience! Despite being consistent tippers, the sheer audacity of the staff coming in again and again asking for tips ironically for the “great service” was shocking! It was even more embarrassing when we had no cash and they asked us to tip online, and in a bid to continue with a peaceful night we had no choice but to tip for bad services. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. P.S. We received no receipt for the stay, despite asking for it, mind you.

We booked a family suite for 3 nights. Room was spacious but wooden flooring require some renovation. Service was very good. View from the hotel was superb. You can view the entire Naini Lake as we stayed on the top floor. Hotel is located right at the mall road however you have to climb 60 stairs to reach the hotel reception and then depending upon the floor add more more stairs. Staff was helpful in taking luggage from road to the room. But at the time of check out they asked for money. Even after giving the money they asked for more money for the 2nd time while boarding the cab. Hotel manager need to take care of this. This is highly unprofessional.
