        It was a great experience, not very impressive from the outside but they gave us a really cool room (203), where we manage a family of 4.A/C cool, Hot water yes ( with Bucket and jug). The toilet was clean . Our Room was clean ( 90% presentable). Yes Midnight they did manage nice food ( Butter chicken / Steam Rice/ Panneer) tasty food. The staff receptionist ( Praveen) was active and gave good service in getting the room organised.Waiters were good to get us food ( quick service) We walked in but not booked on any web or online. We made our decision in getting the right room. Overall a good experience for 2 days . Thank you.

        Oh man, let me tell you about my nightmarish experience at Happyland. If you ever contemplate staying at this place, I'd strongly recommend sleeping on a park bench or in a cardboard box on the sidewalk instead – it's bound to be a more comfortable and sanitary option. Happyland, dear reader, is a prime example of how not to run a hotel. From the moment I walked through the grimy entrance, I knew I had made a terrible mistake. The place reeked of a peculiar cocktail of odors that can only be described as "eau de despair" – a mix of mold, sweat, and something unidentifiable but equally offensive. The room they assigned me was straight out of a horror movie. The bed felt like it had hosted generations of restless spirits, the sheets were so scratchy that even sandpaper would seem like silk in comparison, and the bathroom? Well, let's just say that even a public restroom at a gas station would be considered a five-star facility compared to this cesspool of filth. The "view" from my window was a brick wall, and the noise from the street made it seem like the party of the century was happening right outside my door – all night long. I might as well have slept in the middle of a construction site; it would have been quieter and probably cleaner too. But the real kicker was the "service." If you can call it that. The staff appeared to be doing their best to avoid eye contact, let alone offer any help. It was as if they had received training in how to be as unhelpful as possible. Good luck trying to get an extra towel or, heaven forbid, a functioning light bulb. You're on your own! Happyland is truly a special place, and by "special," I mean a place you'll never forget for all the wrong reasons. If you're seeking a taste of the worst in hospitality, then by all means, give it a shot. But if you value your sanity, hygiene, and overall well-being, avoid Happyland like the plague. I'll remember this "hotel" for the rest of my life, and not in a good way.

        Bahot hi bekar or ganda hotel….reception boy ne 10 minute bhi nhi diye extra room check out krne k liye mai apne father ko Tata memorial hospital me dikhane gayi thi toh emergency me rukna pada but reception boy ko bilkul tamiz nahi baat krne ki uneducated staff……wish I can give minus rating.. very bad experience..Cleanness is not at all.. don't go for this hotel. Extremely bad, very dirty, too small rooms…. Reception boy don’t know how to behave with guest , Rude staff, bad behaviour. Don't book this hotel, big waste of money Room charges is very high if I want to give suggestion Never visit this hotel …..

        Extremely bad.. Don't ever expect hospitality from the staff. They don't even heard that word. Kindly take this word and never make a step in to that hotel. Very rude behavior, congested room, toilet, corridor.. Over all they don't deserve even a 1/5 rating

        I'm writing this at 3.45 in the morning. an hour ago we(me and my father) were somehow trying to get some sleep despite all the 'features' people have mentioned in reviews, until the ridiculous staff proved why they find their mention in reviews. Now here I am, on a bench around some park dozing off not regretting leaving the hotel. In short-Majboori ho to bhi nahi jaana yahaan.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel.           Modification and Reschedule Policy
