After searching hotels for 3 hours I had selected this hotel for my Varanasi trip. It was much better than my expectations. Pros: 1. Neat and clean rooms (not like other hotels using old photos) 2. Best price 3. Staff behaviour was good 4. Hot water available 24x7 Cons : No cons (only for senior citizens it might feel like it’s away and will have to walk little bit) And yes they also give a complimentary gift while you checkout Thank you

The location of hotel is its USP. Staff was very helpful, and the manager, Mr. aabhas, treats you like his family member. I visited with my parents, and he took such good care... most recommended hotel to stay when in Varanasi. 👍

I can't express enough how awful our experience was at this hotel. Before booking, my husband specifically called and inquired about accessibility for our elderly parents and luggage, and we were assured that the car could come right up to the hotel gate. What a blatant lie that turned out to be! We were left to walk 2 kilometers, struggling with our elderly parents and heavy luggage, just to reach the hotel. The problems didn't end there; we were in for an unpleasant surprise with the pricing. Despite the hotel's assurance, they charged us more than what was displayed on MakeMyTrip. To make matters worse, the hotel's network was so abysmal that we couldn't make an online booking, leaving us at their mercy. Once we finally settled into the room, it was evident that the hygiene was nonexistent. The washroom was a disaster, with grime and filth everywhere, making us cringe just to use it. The state of cleanliness in the room overall was appalling. And let's talk about the food, or rather, the inedible slop they served. It was nothing short of pathetic. Not only did it taste horrible, but it also seemed like it was prepared without any regard for basic hygiene standards. As if all this wasn't enough, the hotel owner displayed an unparalleled level of rudeness. Instead of trying to address our concerns, he outright dismissed them and showed a complete lack of empathy or professionalism. I strongly advise against booking this hotel unless you enjoy torturing yourself and your loved ones. Save yourself the trouble and choose a different place to stay. This establishment deserves zero stars for their false promises, unhygienic conditions, and disgraceful treatment of guests.

It was a very nice stay. It has Best location and the staff was very cooperative. Food was excellent. Special place we liked most was their Restaurent and the book shelf in the Restaurent having good collection of books.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
