I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel for three nights and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that lasted throughout my entire stay. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated, with luxurious bedding and modern amenities that made me feel right at home. The bathroom was pristine and well-stocked with all the essentials I needed. What really stood out to me, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect, from arranging transportation to recommending local attractions and dining options. Overall, my three-night stay at this hotel was a truly delightful experience. Guys dont pay any type of advance money to the owner and please avoid this place. I have booked and cancelled the rooms on same day due to some family emergency. On good faith i paid the complete amount to the owner of hotel. Now the owner is denied to refund my money.

Worst service and behaviour. Hotel Manager is worthless rude kind of person. Pathetic. Rooms are extremely small, water from bathroom comes to room. Bedsheets & blanket are dirty. I booked online but after reaching the hotel they asked me cancel my booking and at the time of check out decline to provide me the bill. Moreover, if you order food they will bring it from outside and serve the guest. My worst experience ever. I had to pay the amount demanded by the hotel manager for my late check out and despite of that I had to check out early after paying extra for my late check out.

The hotel is very very pathetic. Very bad service not even upto the mark. Washroom smelled like train public toilet. Room was also not so clean. Used old and dirty bedsheets and blankets. It charged us 2800 rs for two rooms which included one quadra bed room and one double bed. Should have preferred dharamshala over this hotel room. The service was not of worth for 2800 rs. Just a waste of money. They charged 2800 rs for these pathetic rooms that too from 5 am to 8 pm only No Toiletries and water bottles were provided. They gave us only one 2 rs soap in the name of toiletries that too on our request. The owner was also very rude and arrogant and asked us to vacate before checkout time.

Rooms was very clean. The hotel was was situated a very good pleace in haridwar in just 200 meters from the train station and 5 min walking to ganga they provided rooms in very good price in compared to the market. The hotel is 💯 percent worth it if you to contact to the hotel there is a number available in the contact options. They provide you cab service and normal city view vehicles

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
