First, the access road and gates to the location is confusing. Don’t go with the 5-Star recommendation of Google. It’s an average hotel. Staffs are very supportive and friendly. Rooms are good, not great or luxurious. No toiletry kit as such - only tooth brush, paste and the small soap. Bed lines are fine. Washroom is fine with hot and cold water. Limited parking is available.

Rooms condition is pathetic. Pest control not done. Furniture is in bad condition, ie laminates has come of and can be hazardous.

Bit unhygienic rooms at ground floor but the above floors have better and cleaner comparitively . The AC was leaking in the better room but the room and bed are comfy and great . U won't get excellent view plus neither bedsheets are clean . The free breakfast wasnt great it was just good but these are the only cons u could find. It's service is exceptional the staff members are very nice , if u try to get to know them they are willing to put extra efforts too , and if u order food all of it is pretty good there best one is dal fry for sure I loved it so much i started ordering two of them everytime and there rotis are also pretty nice and gives a bit feel of home . There dal fry and roti really gave me the home food feel I was looking for in weeks of my journey . Overall good the society is very nice and calm too plus it's very close to metro station .

I chose this hotel because it is in a great location close to yellow line metro and close to central arcade market. The rooms are very spacious but not at all well maintained. It cost me 3000 per night but absolutely bad service from the hotel management who failed to get hot water fixed in my room and started to give petty excuses. I got delayed to an important office meeting because of this! I have not tasted but taken a look at the breakfast buffet it had very limited options. 2 continental and 2 North Indian that's all. I absolutely not recommend this hotel!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
