Very good hotel, nice rooms and good quality of service. The rooftop restaurant offers an incredible view. The staff is very friendly, especially Elie who is a very good guide and driver. He is extremely welcoming and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

I had 3 rooms booked with dinner on 25th Dec 2023. We reached hotel at 11:30 PM, lobby was Jam Packed with around 50 people standing with no space to get in. When we wanted to head for dinner, there were 20 plus waiting in front of lift with their luggages so we took steps to go to terrace for dinner. It was completely messed with 50 plus people standing and no dishes & no food. It was complete chaos so we did not had our dinner. Then we came to the room, bed cover had foot stamp, hair etc… So unhygienic….. We were waiting for the morning. We left without breakfast at 7 am. So it’s does not qualify for 3 stars but more of Dharamshala. If I want to rate in 0-5 scale, I would rate it -1. I strongly suggest not to book this hotel at all.

So i was staying there for a night when i was on a trip to jaisalmer. Talking about the hotel's overall service it was 2/5 as they didnt have much staff. Talking about rooms, beds were good to sleep but bathrooms were V.bad. Also i didnt like their food too. You only have a plus point to stay over there is that u get to better view of Jaisalmer Fort as its very near to the hotel, also the Gadisar lake which is 1 km far from the hotel.

I never suggest this hotel to other guest just because of they are providing very bad service to travel agent and my sister stay at hotel on 27 december 2023 they provide room good but in bathroom no flush tank work and water jet also not worked in bathroom very very disappointed this hotel. Phone is not working properly Smelly rooms They charged 7000Rs per room

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
