When I went inside this hotel, I felt good but as soon as I entered the room, I have never seen such a dirty hotel. The room was bad as per the price, the hotel staff was also not good.

Staff is not good. Even cleaner staff woke us up at morning 6 for removing the parked car for Cleaning the area. Washroom is dirty not good for women. They act like guest are burden for them.. Ac controller is not given to customer and ac temperature is not decreased even after requesting them. They have few gundas also to make guest irritated. And when we checked in on 3rd night after our site seeing they kept on saying "BAS EK DIN AUR" when I requested them to park his bike in proper way he acted like I won't remove it. You want to park or not it's not you. And HE KEPT STARING AT MY FAMILY. even after saying please and thankyou they act like they are doing sacrifice for us. And mathura hospitality services are very poor even shop owners and police are not helping in nature and they give wrong directions to the place so that tourist get harassed.

Rooms do not have windows Bathrooms are clean but lack of clean water Water taps are dirtiest No packed drinking water i don't know logic ??? Asked for internet, denied by staff No room service.
