I recently stayed at comfort inn heritage and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile from the reception staff. The hotel lobby was beautifully designed, creating a luxurious and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail was evident throughout the entire property, from the elegant furnishings to the tasteful artwork on the walls. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a plush bed that provided a restful night's sleep. The room was immaculately clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining it throughout my stay. The hotel's amenities were also top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped with a variety of exercise machines, allowing me to maintain my workout routine while traveling. The pool area was tranquil and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment to unwind after a busy day. One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The hotel offered a diverse range of cuisines, and the menu was crafted with care. Each dish I tried was delicious and beautifully presented. The staff in the restaurant were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. The hotel's location was also ideal. We did a Christmas dinner with friends and family this evening and it was the best decision ever!!! Dipesh was serving at our table and was on top of the table maintaining. His knowledge of food and helpful nature was the cherry on the top of our night. Thank you so much. Please give him a raise.

An overall nice hotel! Rooms are spacious if you are sharing. Staff are great, friendly and understand English. Just the area is a little bit dodge but you are not far from most of the sites and stations.

Conveniently located and clean rooms. The restaurant is small with a limited breakfast menu options but quality was quite okay. Staff were professional and friendly. I left air buds behind in the room during check out. Housekeeping staff found it and promptly handed over to me. Open car parking is available. *Gym not available

Stayed for 2 nights. Maybe call it a 3 star hotel instead of 4. Hospitality was seriously lacking except for the host of the breakfast area who was the only one to wish us a good day. 😬 Rooms are okay. Breakfast was okay. You know, the whole thing was just okay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
