I recently stayed at this very hotel. The staff were truly welcoming and graciously helpful. The restaurant staff and the hospitality staff went out their way to please us and to ensure our pleasant stay at the hotel. We wish to come back here again for our next visit to Varanasi.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay in Varanasi. The hotel is very good as it provides excellent tour guide who showed us around Varanasi telling us about the history. They have good taxi and driver. Stay was pleasant with customized food for all . Staff were courteous and helpful. Laundry service housekeeping staff all excellent. Will definitely recommend to all my relatives and friends . Thanks to all staff who made our stay great. All the best !

Service quite satisfactory.Staff,and attendants,attitude is co operative and indeed appreciable.Size of the room is too small compared to the tariff charge against the room. Food is good. Taste and quantity both are good,cost is at higher side. Kitchen and dining staff are fantastic and friendly.

We had a good stay at this Hotel. Rooms are comfortable. Staff is courteous. They have a Rooftop Restaurant which serves delicious food. Restaurant staff is well trained and very courteous. Roshan and Brijesh gave us personal attention. We appreciate both of them. The housekeeping staff is very efficient. In fact courtesy towards guests is a hallmark of this hotel. The only issue is location. Car can not enter the lane. We have to lift our luggage and walk to the hotel which is inside a lane, and then climb a few stairs with luggage to reach the reception lobby. The lane is dirty so you would not like to drag your bags even if those are strollers.

Stay was okay. If you have another choice of stay in Varanasi you can give this hotel a miss as well. The problem is not with the infrastructure but how they treat their customer. The idea is to suck as much money out of you by forcing a guide for visiting temples and tourist location. The guide provided by the hotel will force you to visit a saree shop and also force you to take a priest in the Kashi Vishwanath temple. The priest coaxes you to shell out 1K to 2K at every place possible. Refusal to do this makes them angry. Secondly, if you hand over the room key in the morning they wouldn't clean the room. Only if you specifically mention to them while handing the room key that room needs a clean then they would the same. However I will also mention that in the evening when we requested to clean the room they promptly did it. Also for some unknown reason the hotel has Egg in their menu but if you ask them they will mention they don't have any. I found this a little strange though definitely not harmful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
