The hygiene and maintenance of rooms were good. But the restaurant was not open for dinner as they said they were short of staff after an event. So only room service was available and that too very limited menu! But the highlight was the in-house spa. We had opted for foot reflexology and back massage. But I was shocked that they didn't even wash the feet with plain water leave alone a hot water soak etc!!😱 when I asked the lady, she said that it's ok for her! Absolutely disgusting! So we had the back massage with the same dirty hands!! We were too tired to complain., The Hotel is good... but a big no to the spa!!

An average hotel on the higher floors of a shopping mall. There is enough parking space in the basement. The restaurant serves good food and the service at the restaurant was very good. The hotel reception and lobby and all are good, But the room maintenance is not up to the mark. The drainage in the bathroom was not working well, and water was left on the floors.

I came to Trichy to attend Iyappan kovil KUMBABISHAGAM. I gave a low star for rooms and service. Bcoz 1. I have mainly chosen this hotel since it is near to Iyyapan Kovil , and I was given a single room but the room was not as expected , full of cockroaches and it seems that they are not cleaning the room properly. 2. The moment I entered the bathroom there was a very uncontrollable smell which I experienced for the first time and I informed the room service first ,initially they replied that no cleaners available now but once I argued they came with room spray which gave only temporary relief and again after some time had the same experience. 3. I ordered dinner and by 9.30 pm I finished my dinner and slept, at about 11.20 pm the room service knocked on the door and called through the calling bell , I opened the door and there stood the room service boy and asked me to sign the bill for the dinner , I was shocked and asked him why can't you get that in the morning and he replied we have to get sign since we forget . So this was the bad experience that happened. Other than that this hotel is walkable distance from the Cantonment Court bus stop. Easily connects Central, Chathiram bus stands , Collector office and railway station. The atmosphere was good, The food that I ordered ( Panner Dosa) and ate was very tasty and reasonably priced. There is also a Spa and bar but I don't know the things since I didn't experience it.
