Do not miss staying in this hotel when in Mount Abu. 5 star for its hospitality and its food. The location is almost central and the rooms are fairly spacious and well maintained. Remember, they have very very restrictive reconstruction policy in Mount Abu. Hence new hotels do not come by and old ones do not undergo large scale changes. Despite that Hillock seems equipped with modern amenities. USP of the hotel - Mr Singh, the Chef here prepares the best veg (they serve veg only) food you would have eaten. Dal bati here is the best I have ever had. The staff despite seasoned (not very young) has an extremely pleasant attitude. They are almost ready to accommodate all your requests if it’s within reach. I’d like to come again here given a chance. They have 2 more hotels in Mount Abu. This is the most premium one. I haven’t been to the others but I believe they would carry the same ethos that of this hotel.

The property is around 30+ years old but they have managed it well. I liked the interior of the room as it was a bit different. The food in the restaurant was good and so was the restaurant staff. They had a good enough parking area for the cars. Also, the main market was at a walkable distance from here.

Room smelt bad, bathroom worse. Rooms were really run down, charged Rs 1200 for extra bed and it was dirty. In room dining was average however breakfast was nice. Location is very convenient and well maintained gardens and pool. The interior of the hotel is beautiful and very nicely decorated.

For it being a 4-star hotel and charging this much, rooms were not as spacious as expected. The location is prime. Their breakfast buffet was amazing!!

The staff are very supportive at the hotel and cleaning and maintaining property very well. Food quality is really good you can go with anything from the menu. I would like to mention one drink of salted lemon soda very well and must try that.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
