Room rates are varying very much, I just coming back after 3 days stays at there. When booking, one month ago they denied for any discount for room tarrif and told me that this was last room to book. One week ago when I was just check the tarrif I came to know that they have more rooms to book at 25℅ discount. Also When I was checked out after my stay, and asked for discount in food bill for room guest which is providing in almost all hotels, the counter person told me that if you asked discount at the time of order you may get the discount in food and we can't give any discount.

Very rude staff and non-cooperative. We came early and just asked for a room where we can freshen up. Since we have females with us, it becomes all the way more difficult. Despite the staff telling us that they can allocate us one room for freshening up, another man (possibly the manager) denied giving us any room. Very poor hospitality standards. The property can be nice but the ethics are very wrong.

Hotel ambience is good but over all having issue of service & price. I have seen first hotel it don't have fix rate. Price vary a lot online rate is 4000 only while they charge 6000+850 for extra bed. Informing that with tax it's more but they don't show price. If you left over anything at hotel just forget it as they don't return and confirm. Just book hotel online as on reception they took uncertain pricing.

Worst level of service, I reached out to them for a dinner of 6 people near 9:00 pm but they said it's an alert system so you have to just come and order it. We reached at 9:30 and we were told to order all the status main course and drink as soon as we landed because at 10:00 p.m. their kitchen is shutting down. Before our starter was finished the main course was served on the table as their staff was going home. During the wait we asked to go to the roof for a night's photos with family and the manager told me ok but only for 10 minutes. Now when I complained about all this ( main course served before starters were finished and a continuous urge by the staff for closing) he responded you took 20 minutes instead of 10 minutes.

Rooms are okay for being a 3-star hotel. But the hotel is very beautiful and a great place to explore. Has a scenic route and is in a great location at the top. But I didn't like the service as when we wanted plates to have our ordered food, we had to pay for them and all we got was disposable plates. Rest was good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
