Not a good place to stay if you want to stay here for kufri or Shimla as this is 2 hrs away from kufri and 4 hrs from Shimla. They have good food options available but they are costly. Their room services are horrific as they would provide spring mattresses where you can feel spring while sleeping. Your nights are going to be so long. Most of their electric sockets are faulty. They do offer an electric kettle but I failed to use it as it seemed to be faulty too. You can ask them for hot water but this is tougher every time. At the time of check out they don't bother to help you with your luggage. Look for some other options nearby but not this one. They will provide stinky towels and some small bath soap of third class quality. Toilet jets are very useless as you will have to use toilet paper in any way. Their shower system is terrible as I had to spend a lot of time adjusting the water to take a bath.

Hotel Himalaya Escape is situated at great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere and green valley view, good staff. Hotel Manager Mr. Deepak was very helpful and advisable. Hotel has a nice restaurant and bar with excellent service in where we had dinner, Food was very delicious cooked by Mr. Sonu specially paneer butter masala. Mr. Surender is a nice restaurant manager and taken care of all required food stuff. He offered us a variety of options for food. Everything about the hotel was exceptional at Kufri Chail road, Kufri is about 25 minutes by car from the hotel. It was clean, stylish, room was nice with great view. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable.. Great value for money and service was attentive and good. I was very pleased with my stay with family, this is second time I stayed in this hotel. I wish to visit Himalaya Escape again in the future. Thanks. Kumar Gaurav

Overall, I had a good stay at Hotel Himalayan Escape. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the bathrooms were clean, and the room was comfortable. However, the food was not that great. The staff was always willing to help with anything I needed. They were very attentive and made sure that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the mountains. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. The food, however, was not as good as the rest of the hotel. The breakfast buffet was limited and the food was not very fresh. The dinner menu was more extensive, but the food was still not very good. The service was slow and the food was not what I expected for a hotel in this price range. Overall, I would recommend Hotel Himalayan Escape for its friendly staff and comfortable rooms. However, I would not recommend the hotel for its food. Here are some suggestions for improving the food at Hotel Himalayan Escape: Hire a new chef who can create more flavorful and interesting dishes. Update the breakfast buffet with more fresh and local ingredients. Offer a wider variety of dishes on the dinner menu. Speed up the service in the dining room. I hope that Hotel Himalayan Escape will take these suggestions into consideration and improve the food at their hotel. With a few changes, this hotel could be a great place to stay in Shimla.

I booked this property for its location and ratings yes location is good for relaxation. Far from city. Basically i need a remote area for relaxation.. but rooms are cozy no fans or ac though you don't need any fan the temperature of this place named koti is quite good. We have our own bike so it's easy for us but if you don't have your own vehicle then I m not suggest this property.. Now, the rating part I don't know the people who are rating this hotel 4 star it's not even 1 star rating property.. food is pathetic and tasteless.. the breakfast option are only sandwiches which is also tasteless and the parathas on daily basis.. at the time of booking we give the 70% booking amount and rest i thought at the time of check out but the manager or care taker asking for money from the 1st day I also from hospitality industry but this happened with me 1st time .. there is no parking space available so you have to manage by your and if you have car may be you have to park your car away from hotel.. over all my experience is too bad 😞

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
