        Room & location is good. Service & maintenance of amenities ( TV etc.) needs improvement. Also there is communication gap between staffs. We had to push them 3 times to get our car driver a blanket in chilling cold of December end.

        Hotel Himdhara is excellent. Rooms were extremely clean and spacious. Food and service staff was awesome. I would strongly recommend to go for this hotel.

        We had a great experience at Himdhara. The rooms were excellent, food was very good and the service from Bantu was great. His English could be better but we managed just fine. Will definitely visit again when visiting Dalhousie.

        Awesome experience of stay. Rooms are neat and clean. Food is very tasty and according to our taste. Hospitality is excellent. Near to market. Awesome mountain view. Terrace/ Open space is available for enjoying food and relax in the lap of nature. Free parking space is available for the vehicle. Staff is very polite and helpful. All facilities are available at one call. Thanks for making our stay very enjoyable and comfortable.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
