Service: Pathetic. Wifi: Doesn't work. Rooms: Good but found pubic hair. Hot water: Very good. 1) The guy at the counter is really arrogant. We asked what the last time to order food in the room was, he said 10.30. when we called at 10.10 to order, he scolded us for calling this late, and told us the food we wanted was unavailable. We understand there might have been miscommunication from their side when they said 10.30, but the whole thing could have been dealt with more pleasantly by the receptionist. 2) He called this morning to urge us to leave sooner than our checkout because the next guests were already here. Had they been here yesterday, would he have called us to leave in the night? Hotel usually make arrangements in empty rooms for guests that come early.

Its really good value hotel for couples families and groups.. its near by mall road. Those who are planning for vacations they can choose these hotel.. and hotel staff is very good.. room services is so fast. and food quality is also good.

It was clean good rooms with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Helpful Staff. Walkable to mall road and other nearby locations.

We stayed here for 03 nights and we got the good room thru the support of our known person. Walking distance from Mall Road, Manali. The Room was very wonderful, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was also neat and clean. Hot water facility was 24 hrs. in bathroom. Food was also very delicious and the most important thing was that staff was very helpful, polite and cooperative. Amenities were great. Overall I had a great experience with the hotel Himgiri. I will recommend to all. Thanks Hotel Himgiri.

Pros 1. Located at walking distance to mall road 2. Price is comparatively cheap 3. Good for couples and families Cons 1. No lift..if got room on 3rd floor then it will hectic to manage 2. We found hair in the breakfast.hygiene is one concern 3. No centrally heated rooms…Extra charges for heater which hardly helps in serve cold

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
