Worst stay ever... dirty rooms, food not good.. cleanliness 0... hygiene 0... staff was ok...but services was 3rd class.. no toiletries.. don't want to say much....overall very very bad experience.

The experience was extremely unpleasant. There was mess everywhere, be it the reception, staircase, or the bathroom and room itself. In terms of hygiene, it would have been better to have separate staff for cleaning and room service. However, there were only two young boys who were responsible for everything, including bathroom/toilet cleaning, room cleaning, room service, and even assisting with breakfast preparation. The situation was so disheartening that we ultimately decided to skip breakfast. I do not recommend this place at all.

Had a wonderful time while staying here for 4 days. Rooms are nice and spacious (not the ones on the ground floor) with a nice view of the city. Room service was quick and the food was amazing.

I had been Himshri hotel a few days ago.I was 2 days at this hotel. There is hygienic atmosphere,caring staff,tasty food n service was too fast.I liked it in Himshri hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
