"I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel and I must say it was a pleasant experience. The room I stayed in was quite comfortable. It was clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy and welcoming ambiance. The furnishings were modern and stylish, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The room offered all the necessary amenities, such as a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and a spacious en-suite bathroom. One of the standout aspects of my stay was the hotel's exceptional staff. They were not only courteous but also very helpful and accommodating. From check-in to check-out, they went out of their way to make sure my needs and preferences were met. Whether it was a special request or general inquiries about the area, they were always ready to assist with a smile. While my stay was generally pleasant, I would have appreciated a more varied dining menu at the on-site restaurant. The options were somewhat limited, and as someone who enjoys exploring local cuisine, this was a minor drawback. However, the staff's attentiveness and willingness to provide recommendations helped make up for it. In summary, my stay at was a positive one. The room's comfort and the exceptional service from the staff left a lasting impression. It's an excellent choice for travelers seeking a convenient and welcoming place to stay. I would recommend it, and I would certainly consider returning in the future."

It was my first time there and it was really good. 🔥 Songs played by the DJ were not that great, it was average but dance lovers do not care much about what song is being played but about if it's dance-worthy (just made the word up lol), agree dancers? And food was quite good, nothing exceptional. Crowd is very good but I guess it's just on weekends, like you barely get the space to stand and dance. They had free shots for ladies that I liked. It don't get you high, just a little bit of dizziness. Location is good. You can register on the same day you're going. Two things that I didn't like about the place are, no. 1. The drinks are really overpriced, I mean it's like the free shots that were given would come in that much price a 100 times. 😂😂 And no. 2. The DJ was playing songs on others' request but didn't play the song I requested to play. I went to him 2 times but he said he has already played it which was not true. Anyways, overall it was a pretty good experience ngl. 👍

If you are looking for a 5star experience, definitely it is not a 5star hotel. I stayed there for a week the breakfast provided to us was almost same everyday. I was shocked to see that 5star hotel doesn't provide you with Hand wash😞 The food and laundry rates are very high which is not worth value for money. Hospitality is good. The bathroom doesn't have exhaust fans, so when you take shower be ready to see the small pond near your legs and the heavy AMT of fog in entire bathroom. Further, the washbasin doesn't have hot water tap. So overall, I can't say this is 5star hotel. But, if you are looking for great location then you can try..

Very bad condition and poorly maintained. The room lock was broken, the jet spray was leaking, the flush button was probably made in the 1800s, the bed sheets had blood stains, the room service was horrible, you don’t get what you ask for no matter how many times you request for it, even if it’s as simple as blankets. Neither are you offered any help with your luggage. The food is very average too. They call themselves a 5 star but it should rightfully be a 2 star. Very unhygienic and dilapidated. Avoid this hotel.

They say it’s a five star hotel which may seem believable by the room per night cost, but only when one visits the property, it becomes darn evident that it is only at max 2 star. The room stinks of mould, mattress and bedsheet covers have yellow tint (god knows when it was cleaned last time). All that and it would cost Rs.7193 as base price for imperial room type. Would highly recommend to stay away from this property. Adding “International” to the name is honestly a scam. And the gall to self rate property as a 5-star hotel. I wish i had that confidence in life.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
