Big Room with Spacious bathroom with Hot Water all the time. Superb breakfast & Dinner. They also serve Jain food if you want. I never seen such a beautiful Hotel in my entire life. Each and every staff member is so courteous.Impressed with the hospitality the management is providing. Everything was clean and service good hotel as soon we entered we immersed in peaceful and delightful atmosphere

Just did check out from the hotel. For me, this place has it all: and it was amazingly good hotel with all the amenities we need. The guy at the reception was so welcoming when I went there, he greeted me with a wish and explained me everything so nicely. Impressed with the hospitality the management is providing. Everything was clean and service for food was super quick. Will definitely come back and stay there again as we had wonderful experience!! MUST RECOMMEND!!!! KEEP IT UP.

Decent hotel in Amritsar in reasonable price. 2.5 km distance from golden temple. By walk it hardly takes 30 min to golden temple from here. If you're a foodie, there's a street food place where you get amazing food for affordable prices in just 2 min walk. Excellent stay. Clean rooms and supportive staff.

Hotel Hongkong on queens road location is good u get loads of options for food on queens road, however talk about hotel not so good , bedsheets were not too clean. Hote refused to provide you plates, bowl or spoons when asked for, they charge u for cutlery if u ask them for, will give u disposable cutlery that too of very cheap quality. Prices are high for food and tea. Charge u 40rs for a cup of tea and overprice for even biscuit and if u bring in food or even snacks and ask for plates and cutlery will get a reply that since you didn't order from hotel will not provide u cutlery. Will give u disposable cutlery and will charge u for it. Overall not a good experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
