I know the hotel since 1989 and stay there since then every visit of mine to Trivandrum. Quiet, unfussy, neat, fairly elegant (at least no crude colors or fixtures) and well kept. Reasonable tariff. Food is good and reasonably priced. Best thing are the personnel. Right from the watchman, concierge, doorman to reception, room service, house keeping, they are all genuinely warm, truly polite people. I recommend this hotel for those who look for a decent and comfortable, no nonsense hotel. In 35 years they have maintained their good points is amazing for me.

We haven't stayed at Hotel Horizon...but it is a place where we dine. The food is excellent especially their steaks and their cocktails are good. Their staff are friendly and helpful. It has been in Trivandrum for many years and it is always a nostalgic experience dining at Hotel Horizon.

Great location. But the hotel needs make over. Positive 1. Good staff. 2. Good lobby 3. Very good restaurant. 4. Staff Glory is very good. 5. Good house keeping. Neat bedding. 6. Value for money reasonable 7. Good food, very good breakfast spread Other matters 1. Bathrooms. Tiles need to be changed. Broken tiles. 2. There is no wet and dry area in bathrooms. When we take bath entire bathroom gets wet. At least need to fix long granite slab, strip. 3. For older people need to have a small stool and bucket for taking bath. 4. Room no 510. Bed room cement chips come out. Bathroom tiles broken 5. Central AC takes time to cool. No temperature control in rooms. 6. Management should check fan regulator. TV Suggest at least 4 ENGLISH TV NEWS 3 OR 4 Tamil channels All all free channels in hindi, tamil, kannada, English in addition to Malayalam

Last night we went to have dinner with family. It took exactly 2 hours to serve food after taking the order. We got frustrated and reminded them many times . Finally when served, 2 of our orders were missing. When we tried to reach out to the Manager again, he just walked in and didn’t come out. Then when we tried to talk to the person who was at the Reception, he was very cold and was very not even responding professionally. Was very frustrating to see the way he reacted to us. Shame on such people who don’t even know how to manage customers and their feedbacks👎👎👎

This hotel is operating for decades at the heart of Trivandrum city, very near to Railway station, Bus Bay, Shopping malls, Secretariate and other tourist attractions. Rooms are of good standard. Great food and good service. It has a bar, conference hall and ample space for car parking. At the roof top, we can have a bird's eye view of the city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
