They have good Roof top view of Taj Mahal. It is the 1 which is nearest to the West gate of Taj. Since vehicles are not allowed on the road to west gate of Taj where this hotel is situated, you have to carry your bag for 50m. Their food is of decent taste and have affordable price. The waiting time to get the food is very high, so plan accordingly . Service is very good. The rooms are not even average. The bed sheet have dark stains. 24hr hot water service is not available.

Such a good hotel with the best staff. Good rooms with cleanliness, budget friendly hotel.. The great thing is you can have awesome view of Taj Mahal of from rooftop. Only 50mtr from Taj Mahal west guest. The Attendant are very friendly Uttam and Amit are really helpful.. must try once this hotel for Agra visit. Happy happy.. :)

Hotel is very near to taj, but a very cheap hotel, normal place to stay. Rooms were untidy, bathrooms were not cleaned properly. Staff are cooperative. Fans are sounding, and towel which was given not very clean. A peculiar smell was coming from the room, some rooms have no proper ventilation. Taj Mahal is very near to the hotel. Very fine view of taj from the roof top.

You get what you pay for here. We picked this purely for the location - it’s minutes walk from West & East gate so ideal if you want to be first in-line at sunrise. The rooms are very basic. Take your own toilet paper and sheets/silk liners. The A/C works, the hot water does not. The rooftop restaurant has a stunning view with reasonable food. It’s great value but nothing special. But completary food Quality is very bad, don't book room with food. Despite other reviews, taxis can get here. It’s tough as the streets are narrow and there is a radius that older cars can’t go within but they can and do go to the door. Otherwise a tuktuk will happily take you all the way or just from the big roundabout if your taxi refuses to go closer.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
