Excellent stay! We had a group of 8 and choose to stay here in Hungry house, north Goa. The owner Nitishbhai was such a kind person and help to find places even at 12am. His hotel was highly recommended by me and my group because it was so nice and clean. We choose 4 deluxe room and they provide every single day cleaning for 5 days. Thanks Nitishbhai for your help! Highly recommend this hotel for stay in north goa.

The hotel is nice, budget friendly, clean. One can stay for a week there. There are some concerns like- the essentials they provide is quite less in quantity. We stayed for 3days and for 3days the essential like shampoo, soaps etc were less. And the backyard view is also unpleasant so I wasn't able to enjoy the view.

absolutely great, hotel i was stay here for 5 days. Room service are unbelievable.. very low price & hotel staff are very supportive.. Hotel staff was ready to help us for 24 hours.. he had arranged bike for us in low price.. 300Rs per day. in short hotel was fantastic & fabulous.. if you comes in goa and need law price quality rooms then book Hungry house 🏡.

Room condition & Air conditioner is good. There is no hand wash in bathroom which is very basic need. I had to purchase from outside. No refrigerator facility as mentioned in description. Also i had booked room “with view” option by paying extra however room with no view was given to us by saying there is no such option online. Overall it was average stay experience, very low quality service from hotel staff.

Checked in two hours ago (around 00:15, and now it is 02:09). The room is completely infested with cockroaches. The caretaker or manager, whoever is the person is, has no cockroach spray and did nothing to solve the problem. We had to go out and buy a spray ourselves to sustain the rest of the night at the very least.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
