As they are mentioning 4 star hotel but actually it is 2 star hotel . According I faced issues I given this rating. I don't get adequate warm water in bathroom, lots of flush tank issues in several of rooms. You don't get body lotion,tooth paste, slippers in your room.

Location of hotel is good Rooms interiors are good Worst part is that they have got issues for hot water supply in bathroom. Good service to customers is not there priority They have got lame excuses for there incapability . Even for highly paid room customer they r ignorant Will not recommend at all

Booked a super deluxe. The view from yhe balcony and terrace is amazing. Hospitality and food is also good. I asked them to serve the buffet in my room for my special ocassion. They complied and provided a commendable service.
