Recently had the pleasure of staying at Indriya Sands, a coastal gem nestled between the Kuzhuppilly beach and enchanting backwaters. For adventure enthusiasts, Indriya Sands is a haven. From kayaking through the backwaters to thrilling sky rope sessions, the array of water activities offered added an exhilarating touch to my stay. The staff's warmth and professionalism deserve commendation. Attentive to every detail, they made sure each guest felt valued, contributing significantly to the overall positive atmosphere.

The location, ambience of the hotel was good. Three of us stayed for 1 day, felt the cost was high for the service they provided. The receptionist didn't gave a proper clarity on the free rides which we would get. We waited till 9:30am when we came to know we could have used it at any time. When we used the ride, we came to know that those were in very bad condition and hence didn't used kayaking and used only for pedalling one. Actually, what we felt was they kept the under quality ones as free and others as paid.Then, for dinner we had to pre book as there was no live kitchen. We got non veg piece from veg biriyani for dinner and they gave clarification on the same the next day noon, that too we had to wait and ask them several times.They reduced the food amount from the bill.Also, swimming pool was not accessible as some event was going on. We used the pool at night and it was not that clean, there were insects floating. Overall, if they take care more on the service, it would have been better.

Excellent service and staff is very courteous. The resort is practically next to beach which is an added advantage. They also have adventure park in the resort for adrenaline enthusiasts. Few pointers Please keep a door mat at entrance of the room Try to keep slippers in bathroom.

The beach view and the backwater view rooms were overpriced and did not offer the view that they claimed on their website. I do not recommend this. Toilet seat was loose and moving. The food was horrible. However, some of the staff were well behaved and the rooms were clean. At least we enjoyed the time at Kuzhuppilly beach as it was closer to the beach.The amenities were only basic and not luxurious for the price we payed.Moreover, the adventure activities that they had described as the main attraction was not even part of the package that we booked and had to pay additionally.

We had a memorable stay at Indriya Sands. Staff were friendly, courteous and swift to address any concerns we had had. Rooms were spacious and with sufficient amenities. Beach is just 5 minutes walkable distance.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
