we were denied check in due to some paent issues with Oyo. Although the booking was confirmed but they denied considering rate is less. I was travelling with old parents and kid but they didnt bother and kept us waiting for 1 hr before v pay the difference. Morning breakfast was also not provided due to staff issues again. Rajesh the owner disconnected when complaint about not allowing us the checkin. Iswar the manager is more like a damager

New Oyo fraud: I booked a room with Pay at hotel option and total payable amount was 624Rs. for a day. I had a PDF file with all the booking information provided by OYO. I reached the hotel and the Receptionist asked me to pay 1500 Rs. We had arguments and he showed me proof that I have to pay 1500 Rs. I talked to Oyo customer care but they refused to accept this and asked me to pay 1500 Rs.

Room are expensive for the size they offer. Service is Good but the rooms are very small . Bathroom with geyser is nice addition . Hotel is on the third floor & Lift works so not an issue. The room 301 is right next to the reception which really is a headache because of all the hustle and also the room service guys play YouTube videos and you are easily disturbed . Also the staff sleeps just outside room 301 so getting inside after 11:00 can be tricky also I guess it hinders your privacy . Room cost 1800 after taxes .

Property is brand new in very new building. Superb room quality. Lacks a chair to sit. Nice clean and cozy room Not small not big. Just perfect Mr Rajesh and his team is very nice and humble The locality is also good. You get everything in minor walk From Railway station direct auto from out side 80 rs. Sharing 20 rs No pest. Super clean bathrooms.

Total scam hotel, requested not to stay in hotel , Oyo host Rajesh hogade is totally arrogant person , demanded extra money 700 Oyo + 700 extra + GST bill 12 % extra . Totally disappointed, this hotel is full of scam don't feel in this trap.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
