We stayed at the hotel for 2 days with family. The hotel had friendly and helpful staff. The room clean and tidy. Warm water for bathing was available at all times. The food ordered was tasty and was excellent. It was fresh and hot. The hotel also provided us a cab with driver who was friendly and took us safely. After the checkout, we travelled to Agra through the hotel's vehicle. The driver also suggested us more places to visit which were nice which we had not known about. Overall, they provided us a nice experience.

A Disappointing Stay at Hotel Zenith, Mahipalpur, Delhi I regret to share that my recent stay at Hotel Zenith in Mahipalpur, Delhi, was far from satisfactory. Several issues marred my experience, leading to an overall negative impression. 1. Room Service Responsiveness: The most significant drawback was the unsatisfactory and delayed response from the room service. Requests and queries were met with considerable delays, negatively impacting the overall stay. 2. Expired Water Bottles: Another concerning issue was the presence of water bottles in the room that had surpassed their expiry date. This oversight raises questions about the hotel's commitment to maintaining basic amenities and guest well-being. 3. Family Accommodation Concerns: I found the hotel to be less than ideal for families. The overall atmosphere did not provide a comfortable and family-friendly environment, which is a crucial consideration for those traveling with loved ones. 4. Delayed Food Service: Ordering food became a frustrating experience as it took almost an hour for the orders to reach my room. The lack of concern displayed by the restaurant staff regarding the delay further added to the dissatisfaction. In hindsight, the ratings I relied on while selecting this hotel proved to be misleading. Despite the convenient proximity to the airport, the multitude of issues overshadowed any potential advantages. I would strongly advise fellow travelers to explore alternative accommodations, as the ratings on various websites do not accurately reflect the subpar experience I encountered at Hotel Zenith. Overall Rating: 1 out of 5 I hope my feedback serves as a cautionary note for others considering a stay at Hotel Zenith

Booked for a few hours before my flight because I wanted a hot shower. Couldn't get any hot water and was not given a room key. Someone has to let me into my room each time. Seemed sketchy.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
