I like the place and the service was quite good! Hot water available! Vehicle pick up and drop facility available, food was good and quite reasonable. We haven't booked the hotel before after completing our yatra at 12:15 am we booked this room in instant which is amazing as we're so tired. Location was so close to the station and overall a good experience.

This is a good budget hotel for pilgrims so they have all the facilities but don't expect any luxuries. The reception area is good with a large garden to enjoy some sunshine and the lobby has a small lift for guests who want to use it. Rooms are spacious with a balcony that has a magnificent view of Trikuta hills and the Yatra route and you can also see choppers going up and down. Room service is reasonably good and food provided by the hotel is far better than what 90% of Dhabas located near bus stand will provide you. This place is located on station road almost at the midpoint between Katra Station and Katra Bus Stand and is at walking distance from both places. In addition to that you can always hire an auto rickshaw for 150 rupees for anywhere. Overall it is a very good option for a short Vaishnodevi yatra stay. Jai Mata Di

The hotel is located at a place easily accessible. If it's a period of short stay, the rooms won't disappoint. However, if you plan to stay longer, the rooms might not turn out to be upto the mark. The staff is cooperative and attempts to offer the best possible service. If you are looking for a days stint to cover Vaishnodevi and move forward, this can be a decent place of stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
