        I want to give negative rating to this hotel... The worst experience I have ever, the hotel management is not good, pick up and drop facility is very bad. Rooms are also not cleaned properly... And the mainly the behavior of the staff or attandan is very rude... I suggest don't ho for it even it is free... Very poor. I will gave (-5) rating..

        The rooms are not that bad but the servicing of the hotel is not at par moreover the servicing was very much delayed and our demands were being neglected. We had to constantly make calls to order food or for any other services. Half the time the telephones were dead, the bathroom had leakage problem, and when constantly reported the issues the receptionist reacted in an unapproachable manner and was rude.

        The room is not that bad but their service is very pathetic and there is a lot of problem in the bathroom too. Also the receptionist was rude and ignored the requests.

        The room was ok ok. There was no toilet paper and handwash in washroom. The floor was dusty. Bathroom was not properly clean.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
