Hospitality at its best...... Best hotel in Jaisalmer to stay for tourists related trips with family. Cooperative staff and services are good and food quality and quantity is also good. Also in the center of city. Rate of hotel is very reasonable with breakfast. There are lots of variety in breakfast. We stayed there in privilege room for 4 nights, we have not any problem with the staff, Room are neat & clean & also staff are very kind & co-operative. We have amazing experience with this hotel.

Awesome experience.... Superb hotel in Jaisalmer to stay for tourists related trips with family. Cooperative staff & services are superb, The food quality & quantity is also too good, Also the property is located in center of city, prices vise hotel is very reasonable & afforadable, There are lots of variety in breakfast. We stayed there in privilege room for 2 nights & the stay was ultimate, Room are neat & clean & also staff are very kind & co-operative. We have amazing experience with this beautiful property

Ultimate hospitality We had a great stay at Jessulkot Jaisalmer. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and the check-in process was friendly & comfortable, we were invited to have a seat on a heritage style yellow stone sofa while our documents were sorted. As we were the only customers there we felt like this process should be a little bit more coordinated. The room was very nicely furnished & spacious. We would have preferred a desk rather than a small table but that's more a personal taste. Excellent mattress and bedsheets. WIFI spotless. Rooftop restaurant was very good we had particularly appreciated the service of restaurant staff.

We are loving our stay here at Jessulkot, All The staff are so kind, very polite, professional & customer friendly, The rooms, toilets and bathrooms are very clean. Even the restaurant service and food is very good. All the rooms are so beautiful & well decorated, The staff tries their best to keep your stay comfortable. Overall a great experience here.

Truly awesome property I really enjoyed my 2 night stay at Jessulkot during new year period, The food was so amazing that i ended up overeating ! The staff was very polite & addressed personally to all our needs, The architecture is also perfect, The rooms are cozy, spacious, & have soothing colours too, Overall, it was an unforgettable experience & was worth it !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
