Worst hotel we have ever been to. The beds weren't clean and the washroom too. We booked three rooms and in every room there were rats , ants and the bed was untidy and broken too. Please don't visit this hotel.

When we entered the hotel, the kitchen's door was open and what we saw was horrible.. There were 4 mice roaming in the kitchen.... At that moment we thought not to order anything from the hotel... When we entered our room... the paint on the walls were peeling off.. The bed sheet had holes in it.. There was 1 single bed and 1 double bed but in the single bed there was no blanket unlike the double bed.. We were trying to call at the reception but no one was picking up.. we tryed several times but in vein.I went to reception and asked for a blanket. 1 hour passed but our blanket didn't come... I had to take from my other relative.. The tv doesn't work in the room... The a.c is good.. There are frequent power cuts in the hotel.. 1 thing is good that our room was well-ventilated Beware of fake reviews

Don't go this hotel if you travel a long. Owner of hotel Mr diljit not even pick your call. Their staff is so rude like they do ehsan on us . We pay money for hotel free main nahi teh rahe . Hotel staff and owner is so unprofessional. They offer rooms for local couples who paid directly cash to owner and book the room . Our one day waste to search another hotel. Don't book this hotel if you are coming with your family ,spouse . These type of hotel needs to be ban in every online sites . My humble request all of you to please do not book this hotel. 5/5 rating posted by local couples who use this hotel only for 2 to 3 hours . Very unhygienic and filthy place. I booked this hotel through OYO rooms. Went there and saw the rooms… was shocked to see the rats chasing and hopping in the room. I have a 3 yo and would have never accepted this. Moreover, I went to use the toilet on ground floor… and next to it was their kitchen… there I saw 7-8 🐀 big rats . I didn’t use the toilet and came back. However, the same owner has another property, the staff took us there (JN Pride on Lawrence road) . He promised to charge the same amount as the original hotel we booked but they charged us Rs 500 extra. They had no shame and regrets . They didn’t realise the gravity of the situation. Rats can cause many many infections. Please if you ever stay there don’t order from there kitchen. It’s yucky!

Worst experience and worst quality of food even the rooms are not good. There are rats running from thr room to the lawn. Everywhere there are rats and eberything is so dirty as f... Yuckkk so bad experience it was. Never gonna visit the hotel again. Even thre food quality is not good. didn't wanted to even give 1star but there's no such option. Please don't visit the place.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
