Room was little small for AC Super Deluxe but clean and tidy. The room service & the food was great & the best thing was that hotel was near the new digha beach, beach was only 2 minute walking distance from the hotel. Staff was very good, well mannered & friendly. Hotel's Swimming pool water was clean and tidy.

It is a very old property hence, the exterior has been upgraded but the rooms and the bathrooms are not worthy of the amount they are charging on a daily basis. Those rooms should be priced at around 1500/day max, but they are charging around 3000/day. You will find better and newer hotels nearby.

This is our 2nd time staying at this marvellous property. Among the bests , I want to highlight especially three things that made me choose this hotel without a second thought. 1. Reception- Excellent hosting & service. The Receptionist & the F&B manager are so hospitable. Their communication and support is overwhelming. I’m/ we’re utterly satisfied with their welcoming. 2. The Food- Every single dish is delicious and the price is jaw-dropping cheap. You’ll never forget what you eat here. Don’t think of going outside for meals please, the food is totally worth having. 3. The staffs and the Ambiance- Each staff is full of courtesy and soft spoken. Very tidy & clean rooms. Starting from the pool to the roof top everywhere things are well maintained. And no need to mention about the location, as you can see it on the map , 1min from the beach by walk. Anyway, I’ve written every single word from the bottom of my heart. As a guest I couldn’t have asked for more honestly. So in a nutshell, “This is a 3 star property with a million star service.” Will come again & again.

Rooms have good space. All rooms are non sea facing. The hotel has a pool where one can enjoy. The restaurant food is quite nice and not too expensive. Location is very close to the beach. Overall a good hotel. Bathroom could have been better, little small bit one can manage.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
