Most horrible Hotel near Airport (Safe place for Gundas only) never book a room for family. Worst room facilities (Intercom not working, Lift always out of order, no staff for room service). Hotel is run by Mafia who used to threat and man handle customers. The Hotel run by unprofessional, arrogant, lier and cheater Manager Neha who never stick to promise and make fraud even written commitments. Please avoid to this Hotel specially with Family.

It was really worst ever experience at any hotel in India and abroad. I had stayed there earlier and after some suggestions and warning on improvements again booked two rooms for 9-10 Dec23 to accommodate guests joining us in wedding ceremony of my son on 9.12.23 at Dharohar hotel. The booking was done through MAKE MY TRIP with full advance payments . While confirming on 8.12.24 KJ Hotel staff told about cancellation of both rooms, staff also misbehaved . It created lot of discomfort to guests reaching from Delhi. Make my trip also did not provide alternative arrangements. Rooms are clean and good but service is pathetic and very slow to respond even they don't have room phone to contact reception and restaurant for the order even tea service is very slow They have improved there room service Location is good if we have to go through the airport but very faar away from the main city and Kashi Vishvanath temple and ghats Of Ganga river

Worst worst worst. Cheater. Please dont go to this place if you care about your prestige. Because this is run by local gundas and unprofessional . Reception girl (Neha)is big time cheater and lier.Service is really worst and rooms has lezard,bedsheets are used one . We informed the receptionist about it instead of understanding the situation she started arguing and fighting saying we have link with BJP . BJP kaa naam kharab karne wale cheap and uneducated hooligans . In one word please avoid this place.

Staff is not trained well, Specially the manager NEHA, she is horrible in dealing with customers, shouts at customer and all the time says i am the manager here, i am the manager here and never listen to customer, treating them like they are not customers. she needs to learn the management qualities first, then should apply for a managers post. and this is a suggestion to hotel manager to either train your staff or hire some experienced people who treat customers like customers.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
