Rooms are decent (no wow factor though). Staff is friendly. I attended a wedding and stayed for 1 day. The decorations and outdoors are fabulous though. Overall its a 3-star hotel with a 3-star experience. It has ample room for improvement. Cheers!

Had an opportunity to stay 2N+2D at this nice property during a wedding ceremony. Rooms are spacious, clean having 2 queen size beds with surrounding views of Fun Park, Agricultural fields. No nuisance from general traffic as the property is approx 400m off the Bhopal-Hoshangabad-Nagpur Highway. During the stay had an opportunity to attend various ceremonies/functions at their various venues/halls/lawns etc. Their all 3 halls are pillar-less including the largest one, which is the added benefit for audience. Management has to work upon accoustics of rooms as any noise in corridor enters in roomseven through Closed Room doors. There appears to be no Zym in the premise.

Nice property. Though one side of the town. Rooms are specious but lacs amenities such as face towels and some chaires in the room would have been nice. Indian food was good but Chinese could have been better. Property has one of the finest GM who looked after everything well.

The hotel is situated 100 meters off the highway on the outskirt of Bhopal. The location is good, an amusement park of the same owner is situated adjacent to the hotel. As rooms were available, we were upgraded to a premium room with out any additional cost. The rooms were very neat, nicely designed, decorated and equipped with all the amenities. The service was prompt and courteous. The taste of the food was good. Overall the hotel gave us a very pleasant experience.

Budget hotel, which didn't feel like one. Good food and prompt room service. Wish they played the party music less loud in the outdoor catering. Even when the volume was turned down, the vibrations kept us from sleeping soundly...that when our room was further away from the lawn (the venue of the catering site)!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
