Excellent hotel for stay in Saputara at reasonable price and very good location, Staff are very supportive to customers and property is well maintained and clean rooms.

Sidnt taste food here... but hotel is well managed. Few basics were missing and i guess it was due to peak season..but would suggest hotel not to compromise on basics. Like bisleri waa chargeable, though notmal water jug waa provided by them. Atleast one bisleri should have been provided to guest Dental kit missing Rest everything was very nice.. washroom cleanliness, room, lights etc all were good

This review is for food. Restaurant running under franchise of Original kansar . dont know how it get clearance but it sinking the name of kansar. I am eating in baroda, surat kansar from my childhood since 25 years. But here the food quality and service is awful. The sweet ( matho) taste awful and smells. The buttermilk also smells bad. The Chinese samosa is no nearly taste as i tasted at surat. They are charged 300 ( 330 in surat ) lesser than other kansar but taste drops too low. Please i suggest revoke the franchise .

We didn’t find the hotel so we contacted the manager. After we reached the hotel the manager told us there were no booking with our name and in-fact the rooms are not available. When we contacted the hotel nobody on the call told us about the unavailability of the rooms at that moment. We showed the picture of our online booking as they were approved from the hotel itself and then too the hotel staff told us that we cannot stay there. When we went there the timing were about 7 to 8 pm and when can we find other hotels at that moment. We just got there to waste our time. The behaviour of the owner itself was very disrespectful towards us. Such a disappointing incident. I would recommend people not to stay there as we just have to pay them in lots and the behaviour towards the customer is rubbish.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
