a very economic hotel to stay at katra. the rooms were quite good and staff was hospitable and courteous. only thing that we didn't enjoy was they dont have pick and drop service from ban-ganga which is provided by most of the hotels of this range in katra.

Disgusting and inhuame staff and hotel. Would never recommend it to anyone. As for the room, while it appeared well-maintained in the pictures, the mattresses were noticeably worn, curving like a lens. Both of my parents complained of back pain the next morning. Issues with the washroom included a malfunctioning geyser indicator, acknowledged by the staff, but the geyser failed to heat water effectively. The seemingly operational exhaust did not function correctly, resulting in a persistently unpleasant odor in the washroom. Additionally, the toilet seat was uncomfortably high. Unprofessional Conduct: This hotel engages in deceitful practices, accepting multiple bookings for the same room and dates. They redirected us to a nearby property resembling cheap hotel during check-in. they argued, made unprofessional remarks to my parents, causing a 50-minute delay in our journey. Subsequently, they informed us that it would take another 30 minutes for the guests to vacate our room.

This place is not even worthy for short stays. Location is inside a village. Rooms are pathetic to say the least. Manager is very rude and disgusting person. I made an online booking but he kept us waiting in reception hall for 50 minutes ignoring our request. Finally when u enter the 3 bedded room it is like Mumbai slums. Bathroom is pathetic. Hotel is fully damped from inside. Don't know why people stay here when there are so many good hotels available in katra. Its no where near railway station. Finally had to cancel a days stay here and shifted somewhere else. Asked for refund but the manager was so rude and refused to return our money. That was the worst part. Room was not getting locked so had to leave our room open with all our belongings and go outside. Reception has a master key from which they can enter the room anytime they want. Dear owner, please change your manager/ reception person. He is very ill mannered and possibly not a human being.

Never try, very costly and pathetic service and rooms also. I have also paid for a 3rd person and rooms are also not up to the mark you have charged too much for that person and no service given for that that's why I leave hotel one day before my bookings and no refund also done never seen such pathetic staff behaviour and management also.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
