I am patronizing this hotel for the last 20 years. It's a very nicely kept no nonsense hotel. The rooms are comfortable. They need to definitely change their linen. The food in the restaurant is super, the service is impeccable. The location of the hotel is very central to go to the temple and shopping

Photos they're using are out of date; probably from when this place was new and perfectly clean. Having said that, it was a comfortable stay. Bedroom was good enough and the bathroom was clean. The staff were very attentive and polite. Location was good, nice and close to the hospital which was convenient as I ended up needing it. I wish I wasn't so sick as the food here looked really good!!

It is a best place for lunch/dinner & Breakfast to visit with family and friends. Their rooms are good and clean. They have both veg and non-veg food restaurants we tried veg which was very nice. The prices are reasonable. Overall the experience was good. You can visit with your family…

Extremely disappointed with staff behaviour towards us. Staff being very rude even when we had requested politely. Even the hotel is lacking of some in hotel facilities like iron etc. Rooms are also not properly maintained the way they are shown in picture. There is also improper electricity supply. Washrooms are having common wall and are not sound proof once can literally hear everything that is going on in your nearby! Really disappointed with this hotel!😞😞

Reception people are rude, especially the lady. Do not know how to talk to a 8 year old boy. Definitely require training in customer service. The 2 star rating is for non AC rooms. The vegetarian restaurant is really good. Plenty of parking space.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
