Hello Guys, I am genuinely saying that, this is very best hotel in the Karol Bagh. I always stay in this hotel. Everything is nearby only like food, metro station. The staffs are very very helpful and behaviour is very nice. My booking always done on singl message. If I talk about rooms, it's very nice for every purpose like office and family. And safe to stay in this hotel. Every services are available inside the hotel only. Anytime you can order the food and cleaning is also very well.

Food was good. The breakfast was excellent. Rooms are small yet they are okay for spending one or two nights. As such Karol Bagh is a market area therefore the hotel's approach is a bit congested. They don't have proper parking. Also, they don't have arrangements for the driver to sleep. In my case they made some adhoc arrangements for my driver and allowed him to sleep around 11:30 PM and then started waking him up at 5:00 am. This was annoying because we had to travel far the next day and the driver had to drive 10 hours in the evening. He needed proper rest which he didn't get.

Yes, Hotel is very nice with the good location and must say the rooms with the facility is much good and well with friendly enviorement... Mr. Gurpreet Singh is a very nice Person with managing with the customer needs ... must say man in man. Before visiting to Delhi and booking with the hotel we must thought at delhi is a bad so stay but at Kingstone Park Hotel seriously its an good stay location feeling like home.

**Most Important** The front door lock of the room & the lock of the washroom, both were not in good shape. The same was with the hotel's main washroom. Locking the doors from the inside was a huge task. They really need to replace all the locks as soon as possible. The hotel staff was arrogant. When me & my colleague arrived at the hotel we were not even offered water but after 10-15 minutes when a family arrived, they immediately offered them water. This was unprofessional and unethical. The TV was not working and the ceiling fan was making an unbearable sound. Breakfast was the only good thing about this hotel. If you have time to plan your stay, select a better hotel.
