Service is top notch. The staff is very cooperative and humble always there to help you out . The room was immaculately clean, the bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the decor exuded a perfect blend of elegance and coziness. The thoughtful amenities, from the modern technology to the well-stocked minibar, added to the overall comfort. The attention to detail, combined with friendly and attentive staff, made my stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a delightful and luxurious accommodation experience.

Very poor experience. During sign in it took around 30 min.. There was no bell boy to receive the luggage. Even after asking the reception repeatedly then the lift was not working. Found the receptionist very rude shouting after asking why the lift was not working. And kept saying take refund if you don't wanna stay. Very rude staff and poor hospitality. Highly recommend not to go to the hotel

A nice business hotel,.. Nice ambience.. Lots of parking available outside the hotel . Had gone for a meeting.. Drinks were good.. Starters need more variety.. Had brocolli with cream.. And some mushroom dish.. Though the dishes were new after eating at so many hotels Cooling and atmosphere was good Choice of desserts need to be better and more Soup minestrone was good Salads were good.. Pickle was missing Main course, dal rice was good..veg choice was limited.. Need to improve.. Only one veg. The food menu needs to improve... Though wasnt interested in the food after the starters and the drinks.. So didn't had much..

The staff is extremly bad and rude, service is very disappointing and insulting in front of guests, they didn't serve the food and the taste is very bad. You know what is interesting point, today on 18th june In extreme summer they didn't on the AC and not providing cold water. Its the worst i ever seen in my life. Attended lots of hotels in my life from 2 star to 7 star but this hotel is extremly bad.

The rooms were explicitly clean. The staff is helpful,be it the receptionist or the valet. It took us hardly 5 minutes to check out. Smooth stay I must say. If somebody is looking for a cost-effective trip with a vacation mode hotel-this is the place to stay at.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
