        Location is perfect and its accessible to all major locations very easily. We had a good stay and the staff was helpful and polite. The kitchen down is also good and at a very nominal price .

        Best for price, I got a deluxe spacious Ac room for Rs.1800/- which is with taxes and breakfast is included. The hotel is located at manorama junction. The hotel looks safe for even lady solo traveler's. They cleaned my room without even asking every time for the four days I stayed. The room I got was very spacious big with sofas and fridge. The kadvanthara metro station is within walkable distance from the hotel. The hotel has a attached restaurant which serves good non veg options.

        Very Pathetic Service.Bathroom was so Untidy and had a foul smell. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is not at all suggestable and noticeable issues are there in my assigned room(INCLUDING THE ROOM DOOR WAS VISIBILY DAMAGED). The service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed indifferent to guest needs, and requests were met with a lack of urgency.It created an unwelcoming atmosphere. I strongly advise potential guests to consider other options until improvements are made in both service and cleanliness at this customer Services need urgent Improvement.The location of hotel was appreciable.

        The room and bathroom were so untidy. When i arrived at first, they allocated me a room. As i opened the door, there was a man cleaning inside. This was very inconsiderate as i was a solo female traveller. Felt very unsafe. I asked for another already ready room. That room smelled very bad. The bathroom smelled of urine. I asked them to clean it again. The cleaner was murmuring the whole time like he was unhappy i asked for another cleaning. He just sprayed some room freshner in the bathroom, poured water over the floor and wiped it. Very bad service. As it was already night, I couldnt go for another hotel. Orelse i definitely would have checked out on the spot. The bedsheets had stains on them. The floors were sticky. The door had no proper lock. It was broken. Only keyless handle lock was there. No toiletries were provided. TV was not working. Windows didnot shut properly. The only good thing was that the reception staff behaved well even though they seemed confused about room availability and there was hot water provision in bathroom full time. AC was also working.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
