My wife and I stayed for a weekend. We really enjoyed it overall. Great collection of food items in the buffet and all tasted good. Vast campus with trees and seating spaces to enjoy the nature. We were able to enjoy the weather and greenery. The drivers they have give Rs 50 discount on every ride compared to outside taxi which was great. However, here are few things they can improve 1. The last patch of road to access the hotel is really rough and had pot holes with stagnant rain water. We couldnt roll our suitcases in. 2. Hot water doesn't come immediately. You have to waste 15 min of running water to get hot water. That is not sustainable and a lot of wastage happens. We often took bath in cold water because of it which was horrible. 3. During checkout, despite calling twice, nobody was sent to the room even after 10 min of waiting. The response time could be better as we had a whole day of schedule planned. Would recommend to families.

It is the perfect property for a family vacation. We had 3 rooms and spent 3 nights here. The breakfast was great, in room dining was also delicious, rooms were spotless, service was good and there were lots of activities to do inside the hotel. There are enclosures for various animals which I have never experienced inside any hotel property before. Kids playground and swings are also very well kept. There is a waterfall just behind the property which is very peaceful. The only cons were that during the weekend the place gets really crowded, quite noisy and there is a rush at breakfast. The main hallway leading to the rooms has wooden flooring so you can hear every single footstep and even the entire conversation happening outside, because of which it turns into a light sleeper's nightmare. During our stay there was a huge group of a couple of families in the adjoining rooms,some kids rang the doorbell multiple times at 6am and ran away. That said, there is no stone left unturned by the management in making sure your stay is absolutely amazing. It's a must visit place but they need carpeting and some rules.

The hotel is located at the entrance of Kodai which keeps us away from all the traffic hurdles. The rooms are old fashioned but still decent enough. Would be great if the rooms are upgraded to today’s trend. Lots of free spaces and activities.

The hotel is centrally located and the rooms were clean. The most important reason that we stayed there were because there is good playground with slides etc and pet animals like rabbit and birds. So our 3 year old enjoyed much. The food was very good and the service excellent.. all the staff were extremely warm. Only thing that we complained about was when we stayed on a week night, there was an office party and there was loud music. Sone of the neighbours made noise till around 11 or 1130pm and my daughter woke up. Once we called reception , they took action. But it will be nice if they have a family area and party area separately. Otherwise so good.

Extra ordinary property where you can spend quality time with your family. Food options were too good they had a wide spread of options in their buffet services for breakfast and dinner. House keeping please keep up your great work.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
