Worst hotel to stay The rooms are full of mosquitoes. When complained about it to the manager he said all out is functional... that's the only thing they can do Hot water is available only for fixed hours during the day Food is pathetic This is a genuine review

This is a wonderful hotel! I just came here by chance, looking for 2 rooms for some guests but loved the place and staff's attitude so much that I shifted all my guests booking to this hotel and booked 7 rooms. The staff is super supportive, helpful and polite. The location is a major plus as it's just beside the metro station. I was skeptical because of the reviews so I asked the manager, and he told me they recently got hold of the place from someone else, renovated it completely and now they're doing their best to improve in the ratings. I hope that happens quickly. Good luck!

I arranged for my sister wedding guests here. Staff is super supportive. For Mehandi function expectations were of 50 guest but 130 came and hotel chef still managed to make all my guest Happy. Hotel GM and manager are super helpful. They come to your rescue even at 11th hour to full fill their processional commitment. Thanks a ton hotel and staff. Will surely organize more events like this in future here.

Pathetic place. Terrible management. They took the booking for my MIL. When she arrived, tired and worn out, late last night, they showed the room and then suddenly decided they don't want to accomodate her because she came from Assam. We were in shock at their horrifying behaviour. This is utter discrimination and will be taken to court. Not only this, they take bookings from online portals and then try to cheat their booking partners by asking for cash and the guest to cancel their booking with their partners. Warning to all travel agency partners. These guys are cheats and uncivilized ruffians who are a disgrace to humanity. Please don't do business with them. Oh yes. This is also an illegal business as the hotel is running a commercial enterprise in a residential zoned area.

rooms are ok, i looks good overall bt the groundfloor arena is a bit congested and suffocating........ food is not at all good........ lift doesn't go to the basement hence not completely accessible to differently abled people! from the outlook u can say its an average looki ac hotel with a fair service from the staff

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
