Close to Hari Ki Pauri, very comfortable hotel, clean room and facilities, great mattress, good bathroom with hot shower, different room options, fab restaurant upstairs with views. Staff are attentive, the manager is helpful and customer oriented. I stayed in low season (December), the much reduced rate provided very good value for money especially if you don't mind an internal (non-window) room . (Which means it's nice and quiet once you shut the door). More money buys you bigger rooms of course. I'd stay there again.

Very nice hotel just on Kusha Ghat. Excellent rooms, very clean and spacious. We took 5 rooms for one night stay. The front office is helpful and staff is diligent. As improvement, the geysers should be serviced since few rooms they worked for just few minutes.

Rooms are small but clean and tidy with essential amenities. The only issue is it's food quality is not good and is overpriced. But giving 5 star because of its service and staff behaviour. Don't go by the telephonic conversation which might give you a second thought. It is indeed much better when you visit. Very near to main market and ghat.

Very nice location and hotel staff. They attended to us very nicely and everyone was very polite. The restaurant on rooftop is very beautiful and food quality is very good. The receptionist Monty ji always helped us and even arranged a car service on short notice. Thank you Gaurav ji for helping us with our luggage. The hotel is in between the market and very near to Har ki Pauri. We highly recommended this hotel.

Hotel Rooms are very well designed, there is hardly a chance of dislike. Hotel Services are also quite good. Moreover, each and every staff of the hotel are very well behaved and helpful at any need.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
