        Front office managers are representative n first impression of any hotel. Met my worst nightmare in d form of this manager Rajesh. He is not just a bad manager but a bad person with no moral n ethics. My experience - I talked with another manager (night shift) for checkin n checkout on the same day for which he confirm a price. I went in d night to pay advance for which he said "no need", as he has given his "words". Next day I went for checkin with my family n luggage. This man Rajesh who was the day manager said very rudely that no room can be provided in the agreed price. I was shocked, blank, angry... I tried to make him understand politely, but he was not ready to listen. We tried the no. Of other manager which was first busy then not reachable. I also tried to threaten him of police for being unprofessional n fraud.. But all in vain. I then went to search for other hotel with my family n luggage in the very hot streets of paharganj. I m sure this hotel too shall be very bad as it has such managers who still exists in spite of so many complainas against them. It seems hotel owner is just like them. I could never recommend such a hotel specially to couples/ family. The name of manager wid whom I finalised is Neeraj kumar. It seems he doesn't hold any position or power in this hotel. There was no zero else I would have given zero rating.

        I had booked this hotel through Goibibo after reading positive reviews. I stayed with my family over night before returning to UK. The room was very small and suffocating. The flushing system was defective in The toilet and was very difficult to use. The place was very noisy. Not only you get nice from the street but also from the adjoining rooms. The staff was rude and aggressive. The kitchen was closed at 7.30 in the morning and could not get even tea in the morning. Not happy with this hotel and will not stay here ever again.

        Nice hotel with good prize but not so well cleaned, found white bed sheet to be bit less clean due to spots on it otherwise it was very nice as no time restriction or any kind of disturbance. Staff is well behaved at least what I found. The bathroom are bit old so you may not find very shiny floors. Offers both on counter and online booking. Online is around 50 less then counter prize have space to park bike but not cars, near to New Delhi railway station by walk if you walk a lot or by riksha too
