DO NOT BOOK this property. I repeat DO NOT ruin your vacation by booking this absolutely nightmare of a hotel. Stained bedsheets, used towels, mold in every corner of the room, disgusting stench are some of the highlights of the property. We had booked it for 3 nights but checked out after 1 night as it was unsuitable for human habitation. Unhygienic and pathetic are the words which can be used for the linens, uncourteous staff and rude manager are some of the other distinguishing features of this hotel(if even I can use the word hotel, it is more of a rest house or dharamshala). Giving one star as no star was not an option. Photos on websites are misleading. So enter at your own risk.

Badsheet and towel was stained, but quickly replaced by staff after asking, private balcony is not there, but giant window with mountain view available, food of their kitchen is good and prices are low, staff response is good, value for money hotel, 1km walk to mall road, no other transport available

We booked this hotel for 2 days and had a really bad experience. 1. Low pressure water supply. Cannot use showers. 2. Stained bedsheets. Got them changed. 3. The power backup was limited to just two lights in the room. Cannot charge even phones in case of power failure. 4. WiFi Router was not connected to the power backup. So there were serious Internet connnectivity issues. 5. Low connectivity for mobile networks 6. 1.5 km away from library chawk. 7. The Road to library chawk is very dark and unsafe at night. Avoid it. 8. Hotel is located in a very narrow road. 9. The near view from the hotel balcony shows garbage littered all around. Overall the property is entirely different from the images. We had to cancel 1 day booking and shifted to another hotel next day.

One of the worst hotels; I had reserved it on MakeMyTrip for two nights on September 28 and 29, but I had to check out within two hours because it was in such horrible shape and was unsuitable for families. Only those who are able to host and choose parties, its not like the photos what is been uploded in website

Very worst food, they don't know at all how to cook non veg items.rooms good but not sufficient for 3 people. I am suffering from fever but still they asked for room rent money in that condition with advance. Heater charge taking wrongly, I am not taking for 48 hrs why you charged me for 2 days. Improve your garden.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
